This website, Water Damage Restoration Springville, is operated by Muhammad Aamir Siddiqui. It provides general information about water damage and a call-in line that connects callers in Springville, Utah with independent restoration contractors.

This site is a referral service. We do not inspect, clean, dry, repair or rebuild property. When you call, your call is connected to an independent contractor who is not our employee or agent. Any agreement for work is between you and that contractor.

We do not guarantee the availability, timing, quality, licensing, insurance or pricing of any contractor. You are responsible for checking a contractor's credentials and agreeing terms with them before work begins.

Calls are connected only when you place them. By calling you do not consent to receive calls, texts, emails or marketing from us or the contractor. Calls may be recorded by the routing provider where permitted by law.

You agree not to misuse the site or the call line, including by placing fraudulent, abusive or automated calls, attempting to disrupt the site, or scraping its content. We may block access or numbers that are used in these ways.

Calls are connected through a third-party routing provider, and the contractor you reach is an independent business. Their services are governed by their own terms. Links to government and other external sites are provided for information; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to hold the operator harmless from claims arising from your use of the site, your calls or any agreement you make with a contractor.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

You must be at least 18, or have a parent's permission, to use the call line to arrange work on a property.

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
